1sv149 diode

[Robert 'RC' Conley]

I need a "1SV149" diode for a project and it seems that they are no
longer stocked at "Mouser", "Jameco" or "Digi-Key". Does anyone have a
spare or know of a suitable substitute that I might use. thanks for
the help.
