2 Mtr module for KX-3, KPA 500 and 100 watt amp

When might we expect to see this 2 meter module ready to go into the KX3-F?

Also when will the 100 watt amp be ready for delivery?

Lastly, is there a cable availaible to connect the KX-3 to the KPA-500 amp? This will gve 195 watts as I understand it
