2T-gen trouble

Just put together the 2T-gen kit.  Testing, I can only "hear" 1900 Hz
tone.  On my HO-5404 monitor scope I can only "see" one tone.  I have
double checked component placement and solder job.  All looks well.  Any
suggestions for trouble shooting ?

Make sure the jumper block, JP1, is set to the "T" position. If that
isn't it, check Q3, Q4 and U1B.
