#309 first issues

Have you downloaded the latest firmware?  I've been operating my K3 on CW
exclusively for the past week and haven't seen the "C" problem.

No keyer problems here ...

You list enough problem items that I wonder if
"something" isn't wrong with "somewhere".

Maybe an antenna corrosion-caused "diode junction"
creating the BC "garbage" ... and stray RF causing
a keyer hick-up.
