"One K3 transceiver broke down. Seems it’s the same fault as during the
previous DXpedition. Spare KX3 is now put into operation and 2 stations are
on the air."

Curious to know what happened.

They had some power supply and generator problems on the last expedition.  I
don't think it was ever published as to exactly what failed.
