4:1 Balun Question

I built the BL-1,  4:1 balun in 2005 and just pulled it out to look at it.

I have somehow misplaced the original construction sheet I received with the balun.  Comparing the construction sheet that is currently on the website to how my balun is hooked up, it appears that I didn't hook it up on the output side the same way the current construction sheet shows.

Was there a change in the instructions or did I completely space it out?

Is there a link to the "old" instructions so I can compare to how I built it?

Any help appreciated.
