Thanks to Don, W3FPR, and Tom, N0SS, and Gary in Elecraft Support, plus Harvey, KN6VP, my problem is solved (it wasn't the D19 menu item though!) and everything aligns as advertised! This e-mail eflector is a lifesaver!!
