When I try the 4 mHz Oscillator Calibration I get a reading of 8800 to 8900
or so kHz reading on the internal counter and it fluctuates rapidly. The
counter read 3999.98 in the part 1 test so it's OK. Any pointers on where
to look? The manual says it may be a PLL Reference Oscillator problem.
