A Morse Code typo lights city skyline

*A Morse Code typo lights city skyline in Pittsburgh*

The flashing lights on the building spell "P-I-T-E-T-S-B-K-R-R-H"
instead of Pittsburgh.

Is it truly an error or could it be American Morse?  It's been flashing
this out on a 30 story building since 1929.
