ALC Data Mode Question

I have ALC set so that I get four bars, with the fourth bar solid most
of the time but flickering every now and then.  Is that the right
amount, or should it be four solid bars all the time with the fifth one

Hi Carl,

Four bars solid and the 5th bar flickering is the correct way to do it.
