With Gary & Bob's help I have cleared the
problem. When the 'Rec' antenna input is used I get good signals thru the
IF path to Power SDR and a good display on the panadapter.
Page 34 of the Owner's Manual has a note about reduced sensitivity below 1.8mhz
even when using the General Coverage module. A random length longwire is
working just fine on the AM broadcast band.
