Hi Ed,
May I suggest extending the hours from 1300z-2000z to 1300z-2400z?
Some reasons are:
1. Safari Lion Activator Award
2. Locating CBr's
3. West Coast ARCBS Members
BTW, I am trying to get NT4XT (my nephew) and his young family to join
me that weekend. It would be a good outing for his family. (Sort of like
a "mini-day vacation" because we won't be spending too much time at one
location if we chase that Safari Lion Activator Award.)
A final thought: If activators give you their tentative schedule and the
CBr's they will be activating with COUNTY and STATE info, would you
consider sharing this info with the County Hunters and MARAC
groups/reflectors? That should provide us with more activity. Some of
those CHs will even spend the whole day following you around. (We will
not operate on the CHN/MARAC freqs.)

Hi Matt and all!
As usual Matt has some valid points so the ARCBS Weekend time is changed
to:
Date: Saturday, September 3, 2005 Time: 1200utc Start
Date: Sunday, September 4, 2005 Time: 2400utc End
Time: 1200utc - 2400utc (8am-8pm EDT)
Please note: Operators may be on the air ALL hours from start to end! So
if you camp out near a covered bridge, you can operate ALL hours!
I will also email the County Hunter Group too. If anyone else wants to
email different groups about our event, please do so.
If anyone sends me their covered bridge schedule for this event, I will
post it on the ARCBS Website. Please include Bridge Name or Number,
State, County. If you send me the covered bridge number that's all I
need.
If anyone has additional questions and or suggestions, please email me
at
