Access to Mic. AF

Bob Towers-3
What's the best way to get at the mic. AF line without going through the mic. connector?

I want to use it for audio input from the soundcard for data modes.

Thanks and 73

Bob,

You might want to take a look at my website http://w3fpr.qrpradio.com Switchbox article for some ideas about how to accomplish the switching external to the K2.  The K2 Fixed Audio Output article may also be of interest to you - I no longer have kits, but I do have boards available.

There is a design that would do the switching task internal to the K2, that was the EA3BLQ interface, but sadly, Pauli joined the ranks of esteemed Silent Keys last year, and I do not believe his boards are available from another source.  His website is still active at QSL.net - see http://www.qsl.net/ea3blq/k2di_pci_tec_ang.htm for the information.
