Additional Info KPA 500 band data problems

Additional Info

 

The "Y" Cable is straight through 15 wires, no jumpers.  The amplifier reads
band data perfectly with the band decoder disconnected from the "Y" adapter,
but ceases to when the band decoder is reconnected.
