Hi All,
I've come across my first problem in the building stage of my K2. On the 4mHz Oscillator calibration I have a reading of 12577kHz instead of the expect 12090kHz. Also on the PLL Reference Oscillator Range Test. When I tap the 'Band +' and 'Band -' buttons, I don't get a range..both readings are 12577 Any ideas where I should start looking.. Thanks David, VK2NU _______________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Post to: [hidden email] You must be a subscriber to post to the list. Subscriber Info (Addr. > Sorry for the bandwidth.. You make a worthwhile point, though. As mind-numbing as it is, it's worth taking the time to verify the polarity/orientation of all parts a couple times while they're begin installed, and to check them again just before the stage tests. Also check every single solder joint under a magnifying glass. It really does save you a lot of head-scratching later.
