I am wondering if anyone has tried the Alinco EMS 14 mic with the K3. If so how did it work? Also how did you wire it. According to the K3 Manual Pin #6 provides 8 volts and the EMS 14 specs indicates only 5 volts. Will I damage anything by connecting 8 volts to the mic.
