The K3 as supplied will transmit to 3.999 MHz but no higher (rig reports END when you try to transmit).
I understand from earlier postings that extended MARS transmit may be on offer.

I am interested in operating on the Army MARS frequencies just above the 80 Meter band edge.
Can anybody tell me how far above the band edge one can transmit without having to use the
all frequency option?
