Are Elecraft open over holidays

This is in no way a complaint - just trying to track my stuff down.

I was told my KDVR3 and the 6m Preamp, plus a couple of other bits, shipped on the 8-December, I haven't seen them yet.

I mailed Madelyn on 20-December asking how they shipped, since I haven't seen them.

I've been away since then until today and thought I might have had a mail from Elecraft, but none I can see in my inbox. This is very understandable if they have taken a long break.

Does anyone know if they are all away?
