I would just like to chime in here that I think this would be useful, and as I remember the Kenwood TS-2000 works this way--autospot moves the RIT freq. Of course, the K3 autospot works MUCH better than Kenwood. I also think having text decode still work while an alternate VFO B display is up would be very useful, reduce button pushing, and most importantly, makes logical sense. 73, Eric WD6DBM
