BFO Test - CAL FCTR

Update: The problem was at L33. Resoldered and replaced the wires correctly
and got back to a good 5 kHz BFO range. Maybe a loose contact or a short on
the coil.

BTW, I got a tip from another Elecrafter: Since the sole purpose of R116 is
to retain L33, adding ''spaghetti" sleeving to the leads of the 5.1 megohm
resistor may prevent accidental shorts of few turns of that coil.
