BFO problem

Another BFO problem with no reading at TP2.

BFO Output on U11, pin 6 (NE602). 0.51 volt and frequency stable at 4911Khz.

TP2 0 volt and 000000Hz

D37 Cathode side (L33 side) 4911 Khz and 0.14 volt
D37 Anode side (J310 Gate) 000000Hz and 0.0 volt

As I read this now I get a feeling that I have a ground connection
somewhere, should there be a dc level at J310 Gate? Have I destroyed D37?
