Yes, I have noticed this too - but although my Heil headset is now
usable on receive, it's still no use on 'monitor' where the audio is at
a low level and is distorted - which was previously the case on
'receive' as well.
'Monitor' is fine on all other headsets I have tried with the K3, though.
