>What cable interface/setup do I use for HamRadio Deluxe?
Virtually any properly wired RS232 cable works for radio control.
>Where do I get one.
It's easy to make one. All you need is a male DB9 connector, a
female DB9 connector, a suitable length of CAT5 cable, and a
soldering iron. Or you can (shudder) buy one. :) If your computer
lacks a serial port, you'll need some sort of adapter that gives
you a serial port.
>mike opinions(DXing and ragchew).
Almost any decent mic will work VERY well with a K3. The K3 is
VERY flexible -- the built-in equalizer and audio processing can
easily be adjusted to make virtually any decent mic sound great,
with very competitive audio for DXing and contesting.
