Beta Firmware Downloads

I seem to run into a problem whenever I try to download a "Beta" version of the KPA500 and KAT500 software. I have followed all the instructions that have been given on the webpage but I never get it to load and have to return to the previous version to get things back up and running. 

Anyone else having a similar problem? I am running Window 7 along with the latest version of Elecraft "Utilities" files in all cases.

Are you telling the Utility where you have unzipped the files in the
beta package?

I have been give some insights to my issue.
After reviewing them I believe I need to dig deeper into
my Windows program settings.

As a follow up to my earlier "Thank you" note I wanted to pass along what I found.
