Bias Resistor for the Heil Pro Micro Boomset

Hello everyone:
Does anybody know the proper value of the bias resistor for a Heil Pro
Micro boomset with the HC-5 cartridge for coupling to a late serial no.
(4736) K2.?

Carlos,

The proper value for the 'resistor' is infinite ohms - in other words, the
HC5 element is a dynamic type mic and does not need any bias resistor.  It
may also be true that the use of any bias resistor may damage the mic
element - this is just speculation on my part, but I am not willing to try
it on my Heil dynamic elements.
