Byterrunner USB Serial adapter

Is anyone using the Byterunner USB Serial Adapters (RS232) in their Elecraft
stations? My interest is in adding RS232 ports to my USB only laptop. The single
USB adapter from Elecraft is working fine but if I need to "speak" directly to
any piece of equipment I have to shut down my logging program, etc.
