CW-Skimmer setup question

Elecrafters, sorry for slightly off topic.

I run a K3 with LPPan and PowerSDR I/F Stage.
I'm trying to output the I/Q signal via VAC to CW-skimmer, but i get
only garbage on the skimmer waterfall.

The same setup works fine when i switch off I/Q and only direct the
normal audio to cw-skimmer acting as a 3khz-Radio.

With my homemade SI-570-based SDR and PSDR 2.xx the I/Q output to
CW-Skimmer works fine.
Any suggestions?
