CW on SSB

[Phil K3TUF]

Hi,
I thought that there was a setting that would permit me to send cw while
listening in the SSB mode.
Is this possible?  Seems to me I had this set up at one time, but cannot
find the right combination to do so now.

Hi Phil,

Your subject line doesn't indicate a K3, but seems likely that's what
the question is about.

1.  Go to CONFIG:CW WGHT
2.  Press the '1' key until you see SSB +CW
3.  Exit CONFIG:CW WGHT

This is in the Owner's Manual, on p54 (in Rev D5).

Can this be done on the K2 as well?  I was looking through the manual but can't seem to find it.  I know this can be done on the KX-1
