Can a K3/0 be turned into a K3?

I do not see a kit for it, but it would be a cool idea for those who wanted
to convert a
K3/0 into a full rig.  Are their any plans to do this?

Doubt it ... especially considering that the non-mini K3/0 is no
longer available. You probably could sell your K3/0 and buy a K3 kit
to build (and not be left with useless PCBs). Personally I prefer the
form-factor of the "full size" K3 over the "mini", and I believe I'm
not alone, so there's probably a market for your used K3/0...
