Cannot download KX3 F/W

KX3 utility Ver 1.12.8.11
All works except download:
OS Win7 64 Bit home premium.

FtpFindFile completed with error 0x00002EE2: The operation timed out

Can someone please zip latest and email to me. Please contact first, I only need 1 copy
