I ran into an issue this morning when trying to get on 6m that the K3 won't allow me to get on USB. All modes are accessible besides USB. I then switched to 10m and it was doing the same thing.
On 12m and below the USB selection works. I reloaded firmware but it is still not working. Last night it was acting glitchy after I was having a long QSO on 2m using the internal transverter. Even when I switched to 40m where by itself it changed frequencies during a QSO. Any thoughts on what might be going on would be appreciated. Thanks, Keith AG6AZ Sent from my iPhone please excuse typos ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |
Did you try push&hold ALT to switch sideband?

Update. I feel pretty dumb right now.
I held down the button instead of cycling the switch and it worked fine. The switch was skipping over USB from LSB to CW for some reason if I depressed it too quickly.
