Change in KAT500 behavior

Just finished upgrading firmware with the new betas for the K line. First thing I noticed was that the KAT500 no longer comes on when the PS comes on. Actually all lights flash briefly and the unit goes off. Intended behavior after the upgrade, a configuration change, or a problem?

This is configurable from the KAT500 Utility.   Configuration tab, Edit
Configuration, Initial Power.
