Chinese OTHR

Mike Scott-7
The Chinese OTHR just started up at 0855 am on the west coast in the low end
of 40M. I am wondering if the K3 noise blanker has some effect.

Re: Chinese OTHR

Don Ehrlich
I don't know about the K3 but the audio DSP in my K2 does a pretty good job
with it and if I narrow the xtal filter it is even better.  The K3 will
surely do a lot better than that!  I have never had a serious problem with
the Chinese radar when using the K2 here in northwest Washington state.
