Wonder how you discovered this "feature" - never have seen it documented and
with all the emails that I've had with Wayne on this subject, he never once
suggest it! Wonder if he knows about it and wonder what the equivalent will

Simply overwrite the memory one wants to be cleared with the IM character
(IMmediately exit). This effectively clears the memory and the IM is not
sent in CW.
Procedure: Hit REC, Tap M# to be cleared, send IM together, then hit REC.
Works for me..
