Cost to bring K3 to current spec?

I've got a K3, serial 30XX, and was wondering if anyone has any idea how
much Elecraft would charge to do the updates? I know the KXV3 to 3A
upgrade is $69, but I was wondering what the other stuff would run. I
have a friend who might buy a K3 (serial24XX) and he was also wondering
about this.

Any guidance would be appreciated!
