D104 Mic

Am surprised no one mentioned that the D104 was made with two types of
elements, crystal, believe they were Rochelle salts or something like that
and ceramic. If I remember correctly the ceramic was the D104C, had lower
output and could withstand heat and rougher handling. I copied Tom's J310
post and drew a diagram, it looks good and the values check with the J310
specs. Time to get the old D104C back in service.
