Dayton'09

w4sec
Just got back from my first Dayton experience. What a blast! Enjoyed seeing the gang from Aptos. It was also a pleasure to finally get to meet  Tom(N0SS), Don(W3FPR) and Lyle(KK7P). Talk about a top notch group. (and all around nice guys to boot ;)). Oh yea, just got an email from UPS. Seems that there is a 21 pound white box headed to me, from somewhere in California. Wonder what it could be?? Hmm...

This was my first trip to Dayton too. I also had a GREAT time! I already had
the pleasure of meeting Lyle at his QTH prior to buying my rig at the event
he hosted late last year. It was nice to meet the rest of the crew.

Congrats on your new radio Pete! Wonder how many they sold at Dayton??

One of my travelling companions was thinking about adding a Flex 5000 to his
collection. Kept saying he wasn't going to do it. Took all of 5 minutes
after our arrival for him to fold and pull the trigger. :)
