Delete DVR memories?

Elecrafters,
I'm preparing my K3 for the contest tmw and want to clear all voice
memories to get rid of artefacts of old recordings.
Maybe it's covered in the manual - i'm sure it has been discussed here a
few times - but i can't find the correct solution.

Set Mic to zero and record until the memory is full with no audio?
Not sure....
