It is not often that one finds the customer service I experienced with Doug at the main office in California.
Talk about taking ownership of his job...He listened to my needs and reacted accordingly, the true sign of a professional customer service representative.
I had issues with a recent purchase of a K3 regarding setting up the sub receiver.
