E46 320d flywheel solid/dualmass

Hey guy's a mate is lookin to buy an e46 320d 150bhp with fly wheel rattling

just wondering what do ye think of putting a solid flywheel in it's cheaper but in the long run will it cause problem's down the line

I've heard that when drivin hard the vibration's from a solid can cause stress on crankshaft bearing's etc etc

Also ive heard of people welding a dualmass and not having issue's

Any help greatly appreciated
