ECN time correction

I should not do a time change late at night.  Mea culpa :(

The real zulu times are as follows:

Sunday 2200z (Sunday 3 PM PDT) 14050 kHz
Monday 0000z (Sunday 5 PM PDT)  7045 kHz

I will see you in the not too distant future.
