Hello all,

Here's a list with all the QSLs I have received to date requesting a
certificate. If you made a contact and you don't see your call, please
email me. If you want to order a hat, email me. Once I receive all the
requests, I'll send out an email to all the individuals with the info
and send out the certificates. Polar Bears will receive an activator
certificate with your Polar Bear Number on it.
