In setting up for FD and after installing some new filters in the K3, I started getting a message ERR TXF in the VFO B area. I was trying to test in the test mode using CW on 14.020. I was set up to transmit thru the filter #2 on CW and this filter was enabled on CW. Filter #1 was disabled on CW. When you try to key you get one dit or dah and then the error msg pops up. Pressing any button on the FP allows one more blip of TX and then the err msg again.
When I went to using filter #1 for CW TX and enabling Filter #1 for CW the message went away. I am using uC 2.02/1.77 code. I could do this several versions ago. Any explanations? BTW the ERR TXF msg code is not in the manual error codes section.
