Elecraft "6N2"?

Ted Ellmore
Comments about an FM mode for the K2 again remind me that many new hams get
started with VHF rigs, and first contacts are often through repeater nets.
I think a new product similar to the Ten-Tec 6N2(except designed up to
Elecraft performance standards), would be extremely well received by new
hams wanting to build a kit, as well as those who would like a companion
rig to the K2 that permits repeater access. It would also be a nice little
mobile rig. I would purchase one at once, were it available.
