I almost forgot ECN :)
If any of you are still in need of a contact with another Elecraft rig
after the QSO party is over please join us either on 20 or 40 meters.
You'll have fun with your rig here too.
We trade serial numbers, locations, weather reports, how well your kids
are doing, and all sorts of odd things. I've also had folks check in each
and every Elecraft rig they have every made. For some of you that is
quite a lot. Last time I looked there were nearly 400 serial numbers in
the database. But there are a lot more rigs unaccounted for. Currently
Wayne and Eric have sold over 5300 K2s, nearly 2000 K1s, and over 1500
KX1s so we need to hear from quite a few more of these rigs. I know some
of them are in far flung corners of the world but as the solar cycle goes
back up you will get a chance to work on ECN. However, yours truly will
have a hard time with the wall of sound when hundreds of you try to check
in at once. But, that is my problem not yours ;) Where there is a will
there will be a way to work through the mob and get you each into the log.
