Good Evening,
Summer has reached our part of Oregon; at least for a few days. The
temperatures got into the mid 70s so we don't have to heat the house. The
rain has stopped a little so the SWR on my antenna does not change as
much. The bands, 40 and 20, were pretty good for me this week but I was
only able to catch one fox. The one in Virginia was only heard through
the baying of a solitary, Midwestern hound. But it was fun to try. Now I
get to see if I can hear VA tomorrow evening. Maybe propagation will be a
bit better after all the ion pumping the sun has done lately.
