Good Evening,
We had a surprise sunny day which got warm. 50 degrees felt very
nice. It got me out working so I could bring back most of a cord of
wood. It is now stacked and ready for the fire. Hopefully I won't get
to this pile until January. But there is more timber lying down calling
me. I will continue until I am in danger of burying my 4WD truck.
Propagation has been fantastic lately. Ten meters to all over and
openings on the other bands keep me scanning and looking up calls. I
heard quite a few SOTA folks on the air when I would come in for a
break. I hope they were as warm as I was. From the forecast it looks
like more mild weather and great propagation next week.
