Good evening,
If there are any errors in the following lists please remember I am getting some of this information third hand. Be kind :) The trip back from Pacificon was quite pleasant. The wind was not howling (well at least after the first two hours) and the rain was not pouring down so heavily you could not see the road. This made life in the driver's seat much more comfortable. My hands did not hurt from holding the wheel with a death grip and my back was much more relaxed. I also did not feel like I was about to die in the next few seconds! (Don't ask about the trip down through the Siskiyous.) This week I've had a chance to get caught up on some of my chores but found that meeting all those people gave me a sore throat and a cold. Today I feel much better and can thank my time outside for much of my recovery. I did not work too hard but I got to monitor my fire (as per Smokie's instructions) and enjoy the day. Clearing the construction material and a few of the many limbs was enough exercise and I received a nice sauna experience poking the fire. Maybe that boiled the meaness out of me :) On to the lists => On 14049.99 and 14050.50 kHz at ~2300z: K2HYD - Ray - NC - KX1 - 608 KS7D - Mike - FL - K2 - 4443 W0CZ - Ken - ND - K2 - 1031 N0SS - Tom - MO - K3 - 008 KJ7BS - Mark - AZ - TS-850s K9ZTV - Kent - MO - K3 - 0021 congrats one of the first kits! Back to back database roles for me I guess :) But that is how I keep things straight. Now for enough time to get the web site refreshed and renewed and I'll feel better about things. Once the insulation is up and the drywall is hung I'll move back to the front room and enjoy Sam's company and the warmth of the fire. Luckily for me it has not gotten too cold back here. Pat used to bug me about getting so cold while I was working in the room but she used to warm me up. Occasionally she would shriek and then punch me but I would be warmer ;) Her father was a Golden Gloves boxer during WWII and her punches would land me on my rear. I wonder what would have happened if I had not blocked them? The girl was deadly! However, she kept me mostly in line. Until tomorrow stay well, 73, Kevin.
