Here are the times and approximate frequencies of today's nets

   Please join us this afternoon and evening.

14050 kHz at 2200z Sunday (3 PM PDT Sunday)
  7045 kHz at 0100z Monday (6 PM PDT Sunday)

Frequencies vary according to prior use but I am normally within 1 kHz
of the announced frequencies.  Remember to zero beat since it is
difficult to chase every check in down when they are all over the
place.  Your signal reports will reflect QNZ too :)
