WOW!
Wow is all I can say to my recent interaction with
Elecraft Sales.
With the delay of the KRX3 I needed to change the CW
filters I was ordering since my original order had one
filter for each receiver. I was going to try the 500Hz
5 pole in one RX and the 400Hz 8 Pole in the other.
Based on some of the posts I've read on here, I
decided to delete the 400Hz filter and add the 200Hz 5
Pole. This configuration should let me figure out
what, if any, filters I need to order when the second
RX is available. I also added the KVX3 while I was at
it.
Here's the "WOW". I sent the e-mail to Lisa at 18:44
PST. I figured even as busy as they must be, it was
perhaps past quitting time. I checked my e-mail a
little while ago and found a response from Lisa
confirming my changes. It was time-stamped 18:53 PST.
She responded 9 minutes after I sent the e-mail.
THAT'S SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE in anyone's book. It's
obvious that the folks at Elecraft are working long,
hard days to do everything they can to get their K3
orders out.
I may have grumbled a little bit on here, but I
realize now that I should not have and am apologizing
now to the folks on here and, most importantly, to the
Elecraft staff.
Thanks again Lisa

Dave N8AG
